Being my local bar/restaurant I always forget to do a review.

Was here recently on two occasions and have to say it was 10 out of 10. Service was great, plenty of choice on the menu, food was gorgeous and all brilliant value.

We (9 people) had our Work Christmas Lunch here and it was just perfect. Fab service, attentive and prompt. Food was delicious (most of us ate from the Christmas Fayre Menu) and the portions were huge. Exceptional value and would highly recommend!

Trevor and staff at Eight South were very friendly, accommodating our needs for our ladies football awards.
Ladies were super impressed commenting that it was a “lovely spot” and saying we should go here every year for our awards. We setup in the family room between the sports bar and function room for our private awards. Then moved upstairs to nicely reserved seating around the fire. We had a great time and were able to catch the bus just outside the door back to our town. Very handy.
We will definitely be returning and hopefully with big numbers to try out the function room.
