We (9 people) had our Work Christmas Lunch here and it was just perfect. Fab service, attentive and prompt. Food was delicious (most of us ate from the Christmas Fayre Menu) and the portions were huge. Exceptional value and would highly recommend!

Trevor and staff at Eight South were very friendly, accommodating our needs for our ladies football awards.
Ladies were super impressed commenting that it was a “lovely spot” and saying we should go here every year for our awards. We setup in the family room between the sports bar and function room for our private awards. Then moved upstairs to nicely reserved seating around the fire. We had a great time and were able to catch the bus just outside the door back to our town. Very handy.
We will definitely be returning and hopefully with big numbers to try out the function room.

Wow, what can I say bout Trevor and his staff. We had our Wedding renewal day in 8 South from start to finish and they really went above and beyond in every way. Staff are so friendly and attentive throughout, a real credit to them.
Food was excellent and no complaint for a buffet style setup. Everyone enjoyed the day and commented to my wife and I how impressed they were with 8 South. Would have no hesitation in recommending this place for anyone who is thinking of having an event or family doo. Far better value and a great experience than other establishments in the BT8 area. Well done to everyone and thank you for making our big day special.
